I couldn’t have picked a better place to call home then the Pacific Northwest. I remember that when I’m sitting over my sink cleaning, what seems like endless amounts, of razor clams. The digging is fun, the cleaning is not fun, the cooking is great, and the eating is AMAZING.
Razor clams just happen to be one of my favorite things to eat for dinner. They have a rich flavor and cook up so quickly. The recipe that people will be familiar with the most is the old standby, breaded and fried razors. As that recipe is the first that comes to my mind, after a good season of digging clams I can only eat so many fried razors. I started to create a few additional recipes to add to my collection and to dig me out of my rut.
I’m always looking for new flavors for my limit of razor clams so if you have a recipe to share log on, become a

Here are some of my favorites that may inspire you in the kitchen when you dig your next limit of razor clams.
